1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and millon88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on millon88, you unconditionally accept these Terms as they stand at the time of your use.

millon88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use millon88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

millon88 may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment details. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspended access or withheld withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and will be closed upon detection. Any balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must keep this information updated. millon88 accepts no liability for failed transactions or delayed payouts arising from inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity performed under your account — including wagers placed — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you mustnotify our support team at [email protected] without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on millon88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification status. millon88 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. millon88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that is deemed unusual in volume, frequency, or pattern.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

millon88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly communicated per promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• millon88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting strategies, or collusion with other accounts will result in immediate cancellation and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the promotion states otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on millon88 — including live sportsbook, Slots, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Baccarat, and live dealer tables — operate in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game type. These game-specific rules are available within each game's interface or help section.

Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, millon88 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available game logs. The Platform's records shall be the final authority in any dispute regarding bet placement or game outcomes.

millon88 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or data feed failures. Users will be notified of any such voided wager and the stake will be returned in full.

For sportsbook wagers, the following additional rules apply:

• All football, Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, and other sports markets are subject to the specific sporting body's official result as the final determinator.
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. The odds at the moment your wager is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• millon88 may impose individual or category betting limits at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on millon88 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse through duplicate accounts)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated unfair play
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security infrastructure
• Money laundering or using millon88 to facilitate any illegal financial transaction
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the experience of other users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law

millon88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of illegal activity discovered on the Platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without delay.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on millon88 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game content, software, text, layout, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of millon88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on millon88 without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, millon88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. millon88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its games or services.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted under such law.

12. Termination

millon88 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon account closure initiated by millon88 for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your last verified payment method after any pending investigations are resolved, unless subject to withholding under applicable law or AML obligations.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
